This isn't just your ordinary probe washer! This is the one designed specifically for the American Perlick Sanke coupler. It is the washer for the probe on these couplers made by Perlick, a name long recognized for quality in the draft beer world. If yours goes missing or is damaged, get another one here and keep the beer flowing!

Most often used for CO2 connections, these quick disconnects are chrome-plated brass. This is the male side, which has a 3/8" straight barb on one end, while the other end is male andfits into the female end. It has a temperature tolerance range from -40 to 180F and a vacuum pressure tolerance of 120 PSI. This male piece is used with the female piece #04P01-111

This handy dandy gadget makes kegged beer portable. Just fill a soda bottle from the keg and attach the Carbonator Cap. Depress the center spring and squeeze out all the air from the bottle. Attach a gray gas disconnect and fill bottle with CO2. The gas pressure will keep the beer carbonated until you open the bottle.

To reduce foaming during filling:

1. have the soda bottle is the same temperature as the beer
2. attach a tube from your faucet that is long enough to reach the bottom of the soda bottle to fill from the bottom of the bottle up
3. shut off gas to keg and purge head pressure in the keg and allow gravity to make the beer flow rather than pressure
