To make a metal on metal connection with a swivel nut sets, such as on a CO2 regulator, you need a flare fitting washer. This washer fits between the two connections and helps to make sure the connection is tight, so that you do not leak CO2 or liquid. Flare fittings should be used on all metal-to-metal connections. Keep a few spares handy in case you have to rig a connection at a moment's notice!

Most often used for CO2 connections, these quick disconnects are chrome-plated brass. This is the female side, which has a 3/8" straight barb on one end, while the other end is female and accepts the male end. It has a temperature tolerance range from -40 to 180F and a vacuum pressure tolerance of 120 PSI. This female piece is used with the male piece #04P01-113

Perfect for bringing the party to the people! A black picnic tap on one end of a 4-foot length of 3/16" ID thick walled tubing and a pin lock disconnect with 3/16" swivel nuts on the other. Create a good seal with a neoprene beer washer! These washers help to seal liquid and CO2 connections when using a tailpiece with a beer nut. The neoprene washer fits in the beer nut under the tailpiece, sealing the connection. It is always good to have a few of these on hand in case of seal failure...get yours today!

Lock that shank on tight! A lock nut for a beer shank comes standard with most shanks. It goes on the backside of the front flange and tightens against the wall of the kegerator surface to create a sturdy connection. A must have if your shank has no existing lock nut!
