The Victoria Grain Mill gives you that option. Even if you only grind your specialty malts it will provide a fresh addition to any brew that most brewers find surprisingly great. Milling yourself also allows you to buy in bulk and have ingredients on hand for on-the-fly recipe creation. The hopper on this mill holds 1 lb at a time, so we recommend going with something like a Monster Mill for larger recipe brewers.
