Organic Liquid Vegetable Rennet - 2 oz

This double-strength microbial liquid vegetable rennet is gluten-free and non-GMO with no caramel coloring. It's made of water, acetic acid, sodium chloride, sodium acetate, and extra heat labile microbial coagulant. Contains about 12 teaspoons worth of rennet, which will set up to 96 gallons of milk. Use 1/4 teaspoon per 2 gallons of milk.
