Oak Chips - Light Toast American

These are pure American Oak Chips. Want to get that oak barrel aged flavor without the barrel? You need this then. The chips were roasted in order for them to obtain a light toast that provides subtle qualities. This is the perfect addition to your beer if you desire more complexity.

1.5 cups of chips is suggested for white wine, and upwards of 2-3 cups for red. The addition process is as simple as boiling the chips in water for approximately 10 minutes, and then draining and placing them in your choice of fermenter before transfer.
