Kerry FermCap® S is a unique emulsion of dimethylpolysiloxane. It's a very effective anti-foaming surface agent, that reduces surface tension. Reduced foam gives you increased fermentation capacity and prevents a mess, and improves your alpha-acid utilization and CO2 recovery. Also fights haziness that's a product of collapsed foam. It completely absorbs into the yeast and vessel and other filters. No Fermcap will remain once your beer is finished. Store below 85F, and do not freeze.
