Five Star Star San (16 Oz)

The easiest and most effective sanitizer in any homebrewers arsenal against infection. Five Star Star San is a fast-acting, self-foaming, no-rinse acid-sanitizer. It's easy to use and non-toxic. It's a mix of phosphoric acid and dodecyl benzene sulphonic acid and will not affect the smell or taste of your fermented beverage.

*Usage: 1 ounce per 5 gallons = 300 ppm and is the recommended dosage. Allow 1-2 minutes contact time.

Note: After sanitizing you may notice suds remaining. Those suds are an indication that the Star San has been hard at work and no need to worry about them. They can stay where they're at and will not affect your brew.
