  • Directions:
    • Heat goats milk to 86F then add the culture while letting it rehydrate for 1-3 minutes. Stir and let it set for 6-12 hours before draining in a butter muslin for 6 hours. Refrigerate for 5-7 days
    • Will set up to 1 gallon of milk and make up to 2 pounds of cheese
