Elderflowers have been used in skin treatment creams and teas. They have found a place in beer and winemaking as well. The flavor is light and refreshing, somewhat reminiscent of chamomile. When added to light beers, elderflowers have been described as giving them a "summer" character. Delicious and soothing, these would make a good addition to blondes, cream ales and wheat beers.
