Fermax Yeast Nutrient (7357A) helps promote a more complete fermentation by providing the necessary nutrients required by yeast. The yeast nutrient improves the attenuation (which is the efficiency of the yeast converting sugars into alcohol) as well as boosts the speed of fermentation. Made of a blend of diammonium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, magnesium sulfate and autolyzed yeast, the recommended usage is 1 teaspoon per gallon of liquid.
