My brother and I were in the middle of racking an amber ale with soda kegs and on the second day, we ran out of CO2.  We are having a hard time getting the tank filled because of our work hours.  It has been a couple of days.  The beer is sitting at a constant temperature of 50'F.
Can the beer be saved?

You've got a little time. Try and get the rest racked off within a week or two before autolysis kicks in and throws some off flavors in the brew.
