I'm sure most purists would frown on force carbonating but I want to know is, does it have an effect on the outcome? Will my stout have a good frothy head and keep it? (considering I took proper steps in the brewing process)
Will my lager have a nice head using forced carbonation versus proper priming or krausening? Anyone feedback would be great!
