Recently I have been a little disapointed having to wait so darn long for the ale in my kegs to clear. I find that 2 weeks or more is completely unacceptable when you don't got no brew! However the last 3 corny kegs I filled I used a tsp. of gelatin properly dissolved in pre-boiled water to each keg and then added 1/3 cup dextrose( again disolved in boiled water) for carbination. My usual route is to force carbonate and it didn't dawn on me till later that I may have made a mistake by not fining in the secondaries as I have heard some folk do. Anybody have any input on what they have been doin' I'de like to hear some advice. The brew is really good just a little to cloudy to be perfect! Maybe issinglass is the answer, just not to sure the best route!
