So I am to the point where I am about to put my Imp Stout into bottles, but the directions on the particular kit say i need a Final Gravity of 1.025 or less...fermentation has stopped for about 3 days now,the gravity is currently reading right around 1.039 and I am not sure what else I can do to remove some more of these sugars.
Can I:
1. add water to bring bring it down?
2. add more yeast to bring down more of the sugar content?
I would greatly appriceate any advice on the matter
