What's up, new to the forum. Been brewing for about ten years off and on. Just recently got back into the art after a long break. currently have a batch of dortmunder lager in the primary, American amber ale bottled and a German pilsner in mini kegs. Looking to refine my technique and learn from some brewers with more experience than me. I brew in partial mash, 5 gallon batches in glass primary and secondary fermenters. Might go to all grain eventually, space has been an issue. So that's me, cheers!
