What better way to recycle than to refill those used beer and wine bottles with home brew? Use one of our bottle brushes and clean those bottles for reuse! We always tell everyone to rinse bottles right after use, but let's face it: when alcohol is involved, rinsing is sometimes forgotten. An easy cleaning solution! These keg & carboy cleaning tablets are a premeasured mixture of alkaline and oxygen cleaners that can break up organic materials that result from brewing activities. They are safe for glass, plastic and stainless steel, the three major materials used in brewing. Simply add the tablets to hot water and allow to sit for at least 60 minutes, then rinse and sanitize. Done! They are used at a rate of 1 tablet per 3 gallons of hot water for kegs, or 2 tablets per 3 gallons of hot water for carboys.
